    Delivery FAQs

    • Is collection available for my order?

      Yes, collection is available from our Pinxton, Nottinghamshire workshop once your order has been completed.

      We’re open Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm and will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

    • Can I track my delivery?

      Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress via the courier’s website or app.

      Most deliveries require a signature on arrival, but parcels may be left with a neighbour if you’re not home. If you’ve chosen Express Delivery and are unavailable, the courier will leave a card and your parcel will be held at your local Post Office or depot for collection.

    • Can you deliver outside the UK?

      Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international delivery due to changes in shipping regulations following Brexit. All orders are manufactured and delivered within the UK only.

    • How long will delivery take?

      We aim to manufacture all products within 3–5 working days of payment being received. Once your order has been made, it will be dispatched without delay.

      If your order is under £50, you can upgrade to Express Delivery for £5.99, which guarantees dispatch within 24 hours of production finishing.

      Please allow extra time for non-mainland UK deliveries, as well as during busy periods such as Christmas.

    • How much does delivery cost?

      We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £40. For orders under this amount, Express Delivery is available for £5.99. All orders are dispatched promptly to ensure a fast and smooth delivery experience.

    • Which courier will deliver my order?

      Your order will be delivered via Yodel, our chosen UK courier service.

    Warranty & Returns

    • Can I cancel my order?

      If you need to cancel or amend a non-personalised order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at support@vanmats-uk.com.

      We’ll do our best to stop the order before it enters production. Once manufacturing has started, a restocking fee may apply. Please note that personalised or bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

    • Is it possible to return my order if it doesn’t fit or isn’t suitable?

      We take pride in the quality of our products, but if your order isn’t suitable, returns may be accepted in line with our terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@vanmats-uk.com to begin the returns process.

      Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage will be your responsibility.

      When contacting us, please include:

      • Your order number
      • Full name and contact details
      • Vehicle make, model, and year
      • Reason for return

      If your return is approved, we will refund the product price and original delivery cost, minus a 25% handling fee.

      Please note:

      • Customised, embroidered, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
      • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges where incorrect vehicle details have been provided at the time of ordering
      • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition
